18.   Delegate authority to the Yolo County Procurement Manager to approve agreements with: CommuniCare Health Centers, Inc. in the amount of $45,121 for the period of August 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 to fund a Medication Assisted Treatment Peer Navigator position; and WellPath, Inc. in the amount of $31,150 for the period of August 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 to support and expand Medication Assisted Treatment services provided in the County jail to individuals in need.
