	7.	Adopt resolution declaring that County-Owned properties along the North Fork Putah Creek are exempt surplus land and may be transferred to the City of Davis to ensure maintenance for public safety; authorize the Chair to execute quitclaim deeds and delegate authority to the Director of Public Works to undertake any other necessary actions to complete the property transfers to the City of Davis. Approve American Rescue Plan Community Benefit Grant proposals for Winters Participation Gallery totaling $15,000, Davis Media Access totaling $5,000, and Yolo County Housing Authority totaling $5,500, delegate authority to staff to enter into the necessary agreements, and delegate authority to the Manager of Procurement to sign the agreement. 	16.	Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance amending Article 12 of the Yolo County Code, Relating to Peace Officer Personnel to add the Special Investigations Unit at the Health & Human Services Agency. (No general fund impact) (Pogledich)

	17.	Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Department of Community Services, County Administrator's Office, and Department of Financial Services; and appoint the Risk Manager/Safety Officer as the County alternate to the Board of Directors of the Yolo County Public Agency Risk Management Insurance Authority (YCPARMIA). Per Government Code Section 54953, it was announced this item includes a recommendation to provide a salary increase for the Director of Community Services. Appointed the Risk Manager/Safety Officer, Herbert Lester, as the County alternate to the Board of Directors of YCPARMIA and approved Resolution No. 24-43 on Consent.

Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 23-145 with Yolo Community Care Continuum to add funding in the amount of $36,533, for a new contract maximum of $436,533, for the period of July 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, for the provision of adult crisis residential services at safe harbor in compliance with the new California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) initiative.
