	13.	Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the District Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Office. (No general fund impact) (Bryan)

	14.	Approve seventh amendment to Agreement No. 19-230 with BHC Sierra Vista Hospital to add funding in the amount of $869,712 for 2023-24 for a new contract maximum of $3,495,963 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024, for the provision of Acute Psychiatric Inpatient Services. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)

			15.	Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 22-135 with Willow Glen Care Center to add funding in the amount of $166,016 for 2023-24 for a new contract maximum of $4,416,016 for period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 for the provision of mental health services for clients who are Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI), including board and care, psychiatric and mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) residential facilities. Approve eighth amendment to Agreement No. 20-04 with BHC Heritage Oaks Hospital, to add funding in the amount of $190,500 for 2023-24, for a new contract maximum of $3,624,312 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024, to provide psychiatric health facility services. 	17.	Approve agreement with OLE Health dba CommuniCare OLE in an amount not to exceed $457,875 for the period of April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, for the provision of Medi-Cal Substance Use Disorder Continuum of Care, Outpatient/Inpatient services for Yolo County beneficiaries under the age of 21 and delegate signing authority to the Yolo County Procurement Manager, or designee, to sign the agreement. 	18.	Approve third amendment to Agreement No. 22-05 with the Department of State Hospitals, extending the term and increasing the maximum compensation to $90,000 for the term of the contract for telehealth evaluations of felony incompetent to stand trial individuals in the Yolo County Detention Facility. Approve the Yolo County Fair Security Service Agreement with the 40th District Agricultural Association for the Sheriff's Office to provide security for the duration of the 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Yolo County Fair and authorize Yolo County Sheriff’s Office signature authority on the agreement.
