The Yolo County Habitat Natural Community Conservation Plan Joint Powers Agency Board met on the 20th day of July 2015, starting at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, Woodland, California.

Approved contract amendment for Center for Natural Lands Management to further Woodland Regional Park easement.

	9.			Appointed Christine Alford as Deputy Director of the Yolo Habitat Conservancy and approved amendment to contract with Alford Environmental to fund the appointment.

	10.			Received and filed Public Review Draft update, including clarification of mitigation fee applicability.

	11.			Authorized the Executive Director to apply for a Central Valley Project Conservation Program grant for conservation of California tiger salamander habitat in the Dunnigan Hills and authorized the Executive Director to enter into a contract with the Yolo County Resource Conservation District to assist with the grant application and increase the contract limit for Eric Hansen.

	12.			Authorized the Executive Director to contribute up to $3,000 in 2015-16 to the California Habitat Conservation Planning Coalition to assist with advocacy efforts related to increasing state funding for HCPs and NCCPs.
