The Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board met on the 7th day of May 2018, starting at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, 625 Court Street, Woodland, California.

Approved ICF International contract amendment for $23,664.

REGULAR AGENDA

Received and filed 2016-17 audit presentation from Maze and Associates.

David Albey from Maze and Associates presented.

Approved Consero Solutions contract amendment for $33,000.


					Minute Order No. 18-13: Approved recommended action. MOTION: Saylor. SECOND: Ledesma. AYES: Davies, Frerichs, Ledesma, Neu, Provenza, Saylor.


	7.			Received and filed monthly financial statement and quarterly grant summary.

	8.			Reviewed and provided feedback on the proposed FY2018-19 budget.

	9.			Received and filed updated Yolo Habitat Conservancy Joint Powers Agreement.

	10.			Received presentation, accepted public comments, considered certification of the Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR), adopted the Final Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan (HCP/NCCP), and directed staff to file a CEQA Notice of Determination. Jeff Henderson, Deputy Executive Officer of the Stewardship Council congratulated Conservancy staff and the Board.


					Minute Order No. 18-14: Approved recommended actions and adopted the Final Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan (HCP/NCCP). MOTION: Saylor. SECOND: Neu. AYES: Davies, Frerichs, Ledesma, Neu, Provenza, Saylor.
