The Yolo County Habitat Natural Community Conservation Plan Joint Powers Agency Board met on the 27th day of April 2015, starting at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, Woodland, California.

   1. Approval of the Agenda Order  
             
          Minute Order No. 15-05: Approved postponing Agenda Item No. 9 until Vice-Chair Provenza arrived.

   4. Approved December 15, 2014 and February 23, 2015 meeting minutes.  
             
   5. Received monthly financial statement.  
             
   6. Approved contract amendments for consulting firms involved in preparation of the Public Review Draft.

   7. Appointed Advisory Committee members for 2-year terms and provided update on new member search.

   8. Adopted 2015-16 budget, approved budget resolution, approved budget policies, and received update on new planning grant.  
             
          Minute Order No.15-08: Approved FY 2015-16  budget by Resolution No. 15-01, and approved other recommended actions.

   9. Elected Chair/Vice-Chair, and received update and provided direction on Chair/Vice-Chair and Management Committee responsibilities.
