The Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board met on the 20th day of March 2017, starting at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, 625 Court Street, Woodland, California.

          Minute Order No. 17-04: Approved consent agenda item nos. 4-9.

   4. Approved January 23, 2017 meeting minutes.  
             
   5. Approved contract amendment for ICF International to extend contract term.  
             
   6. Approved contract amendment for Neuvert GIS Services to increase hourly rate, adjust the scope of work, and make other minor amendments.  
             
   7. Approved resolution accepting 2016 Section 6 grant in amount of $820,600 and authorized Chair to sign 2016 Section 6 grant agreement.  
             
   8. Authorized Executive Director to distribute a Request for Proposals for public outreach assistance.  
             
   9. Authorized the Executive Director to submit a comment letter for the proposed Colusa-Sutter Transmission Line Project.

   10. Received State Controller’s Report presentation from Yolo County Department of Financial Services.

   12. Received and filed monthly financial statement and quarterly grant summary.  
             
   13. Approved salary range of $8,802-$10,699 per month for the new Yolo Habitat Conservancy Executive Director and benefits for inclusion in the 2017-18 budget.

   14. Received mid-year update on 2016-17 budget.  
             
   15. Reviewed and provided feedback on proposed FY2017-18 budget.  
             
          Minute Order No. 17-08: Approved recommended action with the option to revisit the FY17-18 budget during the year.

   16. Received and filed update on the Public Review Draft HCP/NCCP, Public Review Draft EIS/EIR, and performance measures.  
             
   17. Approved recommendation to renew Advisory Committee appointments and directed staff to seek feedback from Advisory Committee regarding membership structure during HCP/NCCP implementation.  
             
          Minute Order No. 17-09: Approved recommended action, including Board directing staff to work with the Advisory Committee on transition strategy and future structure.
