The Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board met on the 26th day of February 2018, starting at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, 625 Court Street, Woodland, California.

   1. Approval of the Agenda Order  
             
   2. Public Comment: This is time reserved for the public to address the Conservancy Board on matters not on the agenda.

          Minute Order No. 18-06: Approved consent agenda item nos. 4-6.

MOTION: Neu. SECOND: Saylor. AYES: Davies, Neu, Provenza, Saylor.
ABSENT: Frerichs, Ledesma.

             
   4. Approved January 22, 2018 meeting minutes.  
             
   5. Authorized Chair to execute contracts with Conservation Land Group ($30,000), Dokken Engineering ($30,000), and LSA Associates ($30,000) for on-call real estate acquisition assistance.  
             
   6. Approved resolution authorizing the application and acceptance of NCCP Local Assistance Grant funds.

   7. Received and filed monthly financial statement.  
             
   8. Received and filed FY 2017-18 mid-year budget update, approved FY 2017-18 budget amendment, and approved budget amendment resolution.  
             
          Minute Order No. 18-07: Approved recommended actions.

ABSENT: Frerichs, Ledesma.

             
   9. Appoint a volunteer from the Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board of Directors to the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Yolo Habitat Conservancy and provide input into selection of City Manager/County Administrator representative for Friends of the Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board

Board directed staff to revisit composition of non-profit Board and provide options at a future meeting. 		 
             
   10. Approved new composition of Advisory Committee for implementation of the Yolo HCP/NCCP.  
             
          Minute Order No. 18-08: Revised and approved recommended action to establish new composition of Advisory Committee as follows:  three members from HCP/NCCP funding partners, two conservation organization representatives, two wildlife-friendly agriculture representatives, and one community-at-large member from each jurisdiction (five at-large members).

   11. Received and filed update on implementation of Yolo HCP/NCCP.  
             
   12. Received Executive Director update.
