Minute Order No. 20-107: Received and accepted the updated recommendations from the Yolo County Commission on Aging and Adult Services related to Emergency Preparedness and Evacuation of Older Adults and Persons with Access and Functional Needs and approved establishing a Board Ad Hoc Subcommittee to work on implementation of the recommendations contained in the report.  The subcommittee will submit recommendations to the Board of Supervisors, if additional Board action is required. In completing these tasks, the subcommittee will work with county staff, the Yolo County Commission on Aging and Adult Services and Long Term Care and the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Advisory Board.

  2. Added Chief Building Official, County Counsel, Environmental Health Director and Cannabis Policy and Enforcement Manager to the definition of Enforcement Official in order to broaden the authority to participate in the issuing of a citation; and
