Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
As part of the Monroe Detention Center expansion and remodel, the existing power lines and infrastructure need to be updated and extended. Easements are required to allow Pacific Gas & Electric (PGE) to make these changes. The two
easements grant PGE access to the power infrastructure on the County's property to construct, reconstruct, install, inspect, maintain, replace, remove, and use the infrastructure as needed and required toward the completion of the Monroe Jail
Expansion and Renovation project. |
