Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
At the July 24, 2018 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board received an update regarding the progress of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. During that discussion the Board approved converting Ygrene, a PACE provider in Yolo County, from a contractual agreement to operating under the Golden State Finance Authority's (GSFA) joint powers agency. Ygrene informed us they require a resolution and a termination of existing agreement to operate under GSFA. The Board's affirmative action accomplishes this. |
