- Approve contract with Yolo Food Bank for distribution of funds approved in the 2017-18 recommended budget for the Eat Well Yolo Program; and
- Authorize the Assistant County Administrator to sign agreement.

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| As part of the recommended budget process, external agencies were given the opportunity to request County funding for projects that benefit the community and which would otherwise not receive funding. On June 13, 2017, the Board approved appropriating $84,900 to the Eat Well Yolo project administered by the Food Bank. |
