Reason for Recommended Action/Background
The California Secretary of State requires that all printed ballots for use with certified voting systems within the State be produced from Certified Ballot Printers. Martin & Chapman is certified to produce ballots specifically for the Hart Voting system which is used in Yolo County.  Martin & Chapman has been the printer of ballots for Yolo County since 2008.
