Reason for Recommended Action/Background
See Attachment A for changes to the Authorized Position and Salary Resolution.

Staff is recommending approval of the attached At Will resolution to remove the class of Clerk-Recorder-Assessor Program Manager.  Historically, designated At Will positions include certain high profile, politically sensitive or technology related positions such as department heads, assistant department heads and other key staff positions within the offices of elected officials.  Clerk-Recorder-Assessor Program Manager does not fall within these definitions and is recommended to be reclassified as a non-At Will designation to be consistent with other program manager classes in the County.
