			11.	Receive presentation from the Health and Human Services Agency on the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Community Planning process for development of the MHSA Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan for fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)

					Linda Wight, Dr. Art Pimentel, Kathy Williams-Fossdahl of Davis, Garth Lewis, Rob Strange, Mavonne Garrity, Derrek Kaff and Gina Daleiden addressed the Board of Supervisors on this item.     Minute Order No. 20-104: Received presentation and approved implementation of the final MHSA Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan for fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 to include, by July 1, 2021, a comprehensive performance evaluation of all programs & services using the Results Based Accountability framework as well as annual reports that review outcomes to date and a review of expenditures and reserve balance.
