Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
The County reached a tentative agreement with the Yolo County Deputy Sheriff's Association and the resulting Memorandum of Understanding is included as Attachment A. The primary changes include:
- 3-year contract, 4% equity adjustment for Deputies, 3% equity for Investigators effective first pay period including July 1, 2020
- September 2021 and September 2022 salary survey with a January look forward implemented in October 2021 and October 2022, respectively
- $300/year boot allowance for all represented classifications
