A. Accept the following resignations:
  1. Deborah Ward from the Health Council.
  2. Jim Bernardy from the South Davis General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board.
B. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Kate Laddish to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board representing District 2/Consumer for a term ending January 31, 2021.
  2. Francisca Johnson to the North Davis Meadows County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2022.
