Continue the public hearing for the updated Flood Protection Ordinance to June 26, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Staff has met and worked with the Clarksburg Citizen Advisory Committee's ad hoc committee on this topic, and also has worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to address some of the ad hoc committee's requests. Staff is requesting that the updated Flood Protection Ordinance be continued to June 26, 2018 to allow enough time to complete final work on the proposed changes to the ordinance.
