Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
On March 9, 2017, the Yolo County General Services Department, Information Technology and Telecom Division (ITTD) sought quotes for a professional team to assist with the Phase 2 development of a Probation Case Management. This phase includes the development of modules for Booking, Log Book, Medical, Pod Management, Programs and Visitations. In soliciting these quotes, the ITTD utilized an existing Sacramento County contract (2013-0198) for similar services. Five quotes were received and Randstad Technologies provided a quote which addressed the need for a qualified and talented development team, along with competitive pricing.
Funding for this development has been secured by the Probation Department with AB 109 Planning funds. |
