This action increases the contract maximum by $300,000 for a total of $8,557,687 for the period of May 1, 2016 through June 30, 2020. No general funds are required by this action. These services will be funded by CalWORKs funds. The amount of $300,000 is included in the HHSA proposed budget for FY18-19.

The agreement also includes a one-year extension option for 2020-21 in an amount less than or equal to $1.8 million. In no event shall the term of the Agreement extend beyond June 30, 2021 nor shall the total contract maximum, including the one-year option, exceed the amount of $10,357,687, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties and in conformity with the Yolo County Procurement Policy (“Yolo County Procurement Policy”) approved by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors on December 11, 2018, via Minute Order No. 18-202, Item No. 18.
