Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.
Recommended Action
A. Accept the resignation of George Pennebaker from the Esparto General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board.

B. Remove Alex Tengolics as the Director to the CSAC Excess Insurance Authority (EIA) Board. (Change in reps)

C. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Manuela Melbourne to the Community Services Action Board as a Community Based Representative for a term ending December 31, 2020.
  2. CEO/Risk Manager of YCPARMIA as Director of the CSAC Excess Insurance Authority (EIA) Board.
D. Approve the following actions to the Yolo County Local Mental Health Board:
  1. Accept the resignation of Reed Walker.
  2. Move James Glica-Hernandez from District 3 to District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2021.
  3. Appoint Jessie Tessler as a District 5 representative for a term ending January 31, 2020.
