Approve contract with Ponticello Enterprises for a Wild Wings Wastewater Treatment Master Plan Alternatives Assessment in an amount not to exceed $49,955 for the term May 22, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and adopt budget resolution authorizing the use of County Service Area Contingency Funds. 			13.	Renew authorization for the Health & Human Services Agency to pursue federal funds through the California Department of Health Care Services, referred to as intergovernmental transfer funds, to help fund services for the Medi-Cal population. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)

			14.	Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 16-175 with CommuniCare Health Centers, Inc. to provide Differential Response services to prevent child abuse and neglect for at-risk families, increasing the contract amount by $26,000 for a new contract maximum of $127,000 for the period from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. 			15.	Approve second amendment to agreement with Summitview Child and Family Services to extend the term through June 30, 2019 and add funding in the amount of $108,000 for 2018-19 for a new contract maximum amount of $324,000 to provide Specialty Mental Health services for the period November 10, 2016 through June 30, 2019.
