See Attachment A for changes to the Authorized Position and Salary Resolution
The County Administrator has the discretion per County Code Section 2-6.23(d) to adjust the salary of any unrepresented employee, and has granted a 5% salary differential to the Ag Commissioner for managing the complex issues associated with the Cannabis Task Force. This differential will be effective for two years, starting May 13, 2018. Senate Bill 1436 requires that the Board of Supervisors orally report at a public meeting on actions taken on salaries for local agency executives. |
