1. Approve and authorize the Assistant County Administrator to sign a one-year airport hangar lease with Neal Foster; and
    
2. Authorize the Assistant County Administrator to execute up to five additional one year extensions of the lease term, in her reasonable discretion and provided the lessee is in full compliance with all material terms of the lease agreement. 

Yolo County sponsors and promotes access to the Yolo County Airport. As such, the County owns and rents hangar space to the public to ensure access and promote community development.  The attached hangar lease is the legal instrument that allows the County to engage in a contractual agreement with a tenant. The only changes to this lease from prior approved hangar leases are a market rate rent adjustment and updated lease language as recommended by County Counsel.

All airport leases require Board approval. The lease is consistent with the Airport Master Plan, Airport Layout Plan and existing Aviation Zoning. The lease will generate $2,880 to the airport budget annually during its term.
