Approve contract with the Yolo County Children’s Alliance for Oral Health Policy Summit services at a cost of $5,000 in fiscal year 2017-18, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $5,000. HHSA has other contracts with the same vendor that when combined with this contract, exceeds $100,000.

Yolo County Children’s Alliance will plan an Oral Health Policy Summit and provide services by identifying and booking the site, coordinating food/AV/logistics for the summit, helping to create and send out a summit invitation, tracking RSVPs, speaker confirmation/reminders, preparing the summit agenda, serving as a liaison between the county staff and the Yolo County Oral Health Advisory Committee regarding the summit, emailing the Advisory Committee and sharing at meetings about summit planning activities.
