  1. Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Community Services and Health & Human Services departments; and
     
  2. Approve a starting vacation balance in the amount of eighty (80) hours for the new Assistant Director, Health & Human Services.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
See Attachment A for changes to the Authorized Position and Salary Resolution.  The recommended starting vacation balance in the amount of eighty hours for the newly selected Assistant Director, Health & Human Services is a benefit which enables the County to recruit a well qualified candidate for this important position.
