The terms of the agreements have ended. As part of the grant Close Out Certification and Project Completion Report, a public hearing must be held in front of the governing body to give citizens a report of findings and accomplishments related to the Study and an opportunity to make their comments known regarding the project and/or funding.

Recommended next steps include re-establishing a Knights Landing Community Advisory Committee to actively seek and recommend actionable solutions to the Study’s recommendations and request assistance and/or report outcomes to the Board.  Staff will bring back a formal recommendation on next steps as part of the rural initiatives process.
