A. Accept the following resignations:

B. Approve the following appointments:

1. Roxanne Lucero to the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2018.
2. John Gillespie to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board as an At-large/Consumer representative for a term ending January 31, 2017.
3. Cheryl Boney to the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board as a Category E representative for a term ending January 31, 2018.
4. Karen Steidler to the Yolo County Children's Alliance Board of Directors as a Public Member for a term ending January 31, 2018.
5. Quirina Orozco to the Yolo County Children's Alliance Board of Directors as a Public Member for a term ending January 31, 2017.

C. Approve the following reappointments:

1. Charlotte Dorsey and Lydia Bourne to the Area on Aging\Area 4 Advisory Council as Category A representatives for terms ending June 30, 2019.
2. William Mattos to the Elkhorn Fire Protection District for a term ending June 1, 2020.
3. Kenneth Breckenridge to the Willow Oak Fire Protection District for a term ending May 1, 2020.
    

D. Approve the following actions to the Yolo County Children's Alliance Board of Directors based on their amended bylaws of October 7, 2015:

1. Change the category for Laura Heintz from the former Non-Profit Representative category to the new category of Public Member with a term ending January 31, 2019.
2. Change the category for Patricia Wright from the former Faith Based Community Representative category to the new category of Public Member with a term ending January 31, 2018.
3. Appointment by the Board of Supervisors of existing member Dr. Jesse Ortiz as a Public Member for a term ending January 31, 2019, who was originally appointed by the Yolo County Children's Alliance Board of Directors.
4. Appointment by the Board of Supervisors of existing member Patty Wong to the Yolo County Children's Alliance Board of Directors as a Department Head representative for a term ending January 31, 2019, who was originally appointed by the Yolo County Children's Alliance Board of Directors.
