- Approve three-year Memorandum of Understanding with Yolo County Supervising Attorneys Association; and
- Extend the salary and benefit provisions of this MOU to unrepresented attorneys.

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
The County reached tentative agreement with the Supervising Attorneys Association and the resulting Memorandum of Understanding is included as Attachment A. The agreement includes modest cost of living adjustments for 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19, a 1% equity adjustment, as well as small increases to deferred compensation and professional development reimbursement.

| The total cost for the 2016-17 fiscal year is $50,656. This cost was included in the adopted budget for this fiscal year. The total cost for the three year agreement is $115,232 of which 20% is covered by non-general fund. |
