Recommended Action
  1. Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Elections, Community Services, County Administrator and Public Guardian/Public Administrator's departments; and
     
  2. Adopt resolution providing for At-Will appointments to County positions to add Airport Operations Manager.

Explanation: There is no general fund impact as a result of this recommendation. The department is using realized salary and benefit savings to fund the cost of this class study.

Source of Funds: Aviation Fund
Explanation: This position will be fully funded by the Aviation Fund. There is no general fund impact as a result of this recommendation.
