Email from Gary Pelfrey, Chair of the Aviation Advisory Committee recommending the County more closely align the Yolo County Code with Federal Aviation Administration Policy in regards to the storage of automobiles and other non-aviation items, Agenda item No. 29, on the March 21, 2017 Board of Supervisors agenda.  (CAO)

Letter from Cal OES informing that as a result of President Trump’s March 16, 2017 declaration of a major disaster declaration (FEMA-M4305-DR), the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency Emergency Loan Program has been made available for various primary counties including Yolo County.  (CAO, OES)
  4. Letter from Cal OES informing that the U.S. Small Business Administration declared Yolo County as a primary county disaster area, as a result of a March 22, 2017, U.S. Department of Agriculture disaster designation due to drought severity levels of D2, D3 or D4.  (CAO, OES)
  5. Letter from Cal OES informing that on March 22, 2017, the U.S. Department of Agriculture granted a Secretarial disaster designation for the various primary counties including Yolo County.  This designation is a result of the final rule announced for the USDA Disaster Designation Process, which includes the nearly automatic approval for counties with drought intensity levels of D2, D3, and D4.  (CAO, OES)

Letter from Cal OES informing that pursuant to President Trump’s major disaster declaration of March 16, 2017, for Public Assistance Only (FEMA-M4305-DR-CA), the U.S. Small Business Administration has declared Yolo County a primary county disaster area.  This declaration is a result of damages caused by severe winter storms, flooding and mudslides that occurred January 18, 2017, through January 23, 2017.
