As part of the annual process linking the Board’s strategic plan and performance measurement systems, each department is providing the Board of Supervisors an update on 2016-17 accomplishments, long range goals, 2017-18 objectives and emerging issues. These presentations provide the Board valuable background information and an opportunity to dialogue with departments as they begin to establish their priorities for 2017-18.
