Approve Amendment to Agreement No. 2014-0290 with Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc., for an additional $81,000 to include an additional 100 Lobby Management System user licenses, increase the maximum compensation and extend its term.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
In April 2014, the Board approved an agreement with Northwoods consulting Partners to provide a lobby management services and a customer appointment system for the Department on Employment and Social Services. The customer appointment system requires user licenses. The implementation of the Affordable Care Act and other program changes have resulted in a significant increase in foot traffic in both Woodland and West Sacramento necessitating an increase in staff and number of licenses needed.

County Counsel has approved the contract as to form.
