| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| In March 2009, the Wild Wings County Service Area acquired the Wild Wings Golf Club. Following a competive process, KemperSports was chosen to manage the operation. While their contract allows for an additional five year term, following a recent goal setting session with the community, it was decided to extend the term for two years to allow for enhancements to the operation and further evaluation of performance. Should the operation be strengthened as desired, an additional three-year term may be considered before another competitive process for golf course management. |

| There is no fiscal impact to this contract amendment. The Wild Wings golf course operation is funded by revenue from the golf course and the Wild Wings CSA's Measure O special tax. KempeSports management fees have been budgeted for the entire fiscal year. |
