Minute Order No. 17-55: Directed staff to return to the Board in about six months with suggested changes, if any, to the cultivation ordinance; take necessary steps to advance the track and trace and testing programs for existing cultivators and to report to the board if the existing fees are sufficient to cover costs and whether we're able to collect them.  The Board can proceed with discussion on the other aspects of marijuana after the board considers changes to the cultivation ordinance.
