| This recommended action completes the procedure for appointment in-lieu of election for the North Delta Water Agency's (Agency) November 10, 2015 Land-Owner District Election as provided for by California Elections Code section 10515. The letter from the Agency requesting these appointments is attached as Attachment A. |
