24.   Approve first amendment to agreement with CommuniCare Health Centers, Inc. to add Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) funding in the amount of $31,938 for a new contract maximum of $85,542 to provide mental health, alcohol and/or other drug therapy services to youth through the age of 18 who are eligible for the Adolescent and Youth Treatment Program; and provide full mental health assessments and linkage and referral to juvenile justice and/or child welfare-involved youth for the SAMHSA-referred consumers in the Juvenile Detention Facility for the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2017. 27.   Approve agreements with CommuniCare Health Services, Inc.to provide integrated behavioral health expansion services in the amount of $236,000 to extend access to behavioral health services for children, adolescents and families; case management services within the community clinics to coordinate care between hospitals and primary care providers in the amount of $70,000; pediatric specialty dental care services in the amount of $301,000 to allow more integrated medical/dental care for children to improve access to services and provide treatment in a timely manner; and transportation assistance services in the amount of $3,995 to provide taxi and/or other travel vouchers to assist 47 CommuniCare Health Center clients.  These agreements are collectively related to the Intergovernmental Transfer funding used to provide additional health services for Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Yolo County in the amount of $610,995 for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
