- Governance Assessment – review and discuss results
- Board Assignments
- Draft Protocol: Response to Grand Jury Reports
- Draft Protocol: Public Expression During Board of Supervisors Meetings
- Draft Guidelines: Quasi-Judicial Hearings
- Demonstration of online public commenting systems
