			9.	Approve one year agreement with Rural Innovations in Social Economics Incorporated for farm worker outreach services in the amount of $75,000 from November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018 and authorize the County Administrator the option to extend the agreement one additional year.  (General fund impact $150,000) (Blacklock/Cook)

			10.	Adopt resolution supporting an application for funding from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy for the Bees Lake Restoration Plan. (No general fund impact) (Blacklock/Sabatini)

			11.	Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 16-35 with FlowWest LLC, increasing the maximum compensation by $159,520 and extending the term for one year, from September 1, 2017 through August 30, 2018 for hydraulic engineering and geomorphology services for the Cache Creek Area Plan Technical Advisory Committee. 			12.	Approve one-year contract from November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2018 with Baseline Environmental Consulting for $200,000 for environmental consulting services related to the preparation of documents under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the 20-year Cache Creek Area Plan Update and Cache Creek Parkway Plan; and adopt a budget resolution increasing the appropriations for the Cache Creek Area Plan fund by $150,000. 			13.	Approve two-year contract from November 7, 2017 to November 6, 2019 with Land Logistics, Inc. in the amount of $250,000 for contract planning and technical and inspection services to the Off-Channel Mining Program. (No general fund impact) (Blacklock/Sabatini)

			14.	Approve settlement with Conaway Preservation Group, LLC regarding tax refund action and authorize the County Counsel’s Office and the Department of Financial Services to take all steps necessary to effectuate the settlement. (General fund impact approx. $30,000 per year) (Pogledich/May)

			15.	Authorize County Counsel to sign agreements with three law firms: the Freeman Firm, Soluri Meserve, and Rossman & Moore for litigation services in connection with the California WaterFix. (General fund impact $75,000) (Pogledich)
