Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
The El Macero County Service Area (EMCSA) owns and maintains landscaped street medians around the El Macero community, including those on Country Club Drive, leading up to the entrance of the El Macero Country Club (EMCC) and the EMCC Clubhouse facilities and parking lot. EMCC will construct an irrigation connection to these landscaped medians owned by the EMCSA to ensure attractive landscaping is maintainable leading up to the EMCC facilities. EMCC is interested in the maintenance of these medians to their standard, as while they are owned by the EMCSA, they appear to EMCC guests and members to be part of the Golf Course property. |
Collaborations (including Board advisory groups and external partner agencies) |
The El Macero County Service Area Advisory Committee approved and recommended this action, as did the El Macero Country Club Board of Directors. County Counsel has approved to form. |
