Minute Order No. 20-139: Amended motion to approve recommended action and amend Section 6-17.304 Containers-Placement for Collection (a) Single-Family Residences to change the removal of emptied containers from the curb from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for the unincorporated Willowbank community only, therefore leaving the existing time of 7:00 a.m. for all remaining communities, and continued the ordinance to the October 20, 2020 Board of Supervisors meeting for adoption.
