Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 11 of the Yolo County Code of Ordinances to add a schedule of fee increases, based on the fee amounts and formulas established by prior Board of Supervisors action, to align with current practice and clarify the per ton gravel fee amounts following the annual four percent increases.
