| Recommended Action |
- Approve and authorize the Assistant County Administrator to sign a one-year airport agreement with Brendon Ishikawa; and
- Permit extension of the lease for five additional years, adjusting lease rate in correlation to CPI of at least 2.5% per year.

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| The County owns and leases 13 hangars for the benefit of airplane owners and operators at the Yolo County Airport (KDWA). Hangar #6 was available for lease and a new tenant is interested in renting for a one-year period with the opportunity to request extension for an additional five years. Board approval of leases is mandatory and staff recommends approval of the attached hangar lease with Brendon Ishikawa. |
