Explanation: The cost increase resulting from this recommended action will be funded by IT charges to County departments, of which the General Fund pays approximately 20%.

Position(s): Director of General Services
Current Year Fiscal Impact: $5,673
Annual Fiscal Impact: $8,327
Source of Funds: General Fund/CIP projects
Explanation: The cost increase resulting from this recommended action will be allocated among the General Services divisions based on time studies. Historically, the majority of the costs have been allocated to Facilities and Parks, both of which are primarily funded with general fund. A smaller portion may be charged to Facilities Capital Projects. |
