Receive and accept the 2015 and 2016 General Plan Annual Report, which summarizes development trends and progress on the implementation of General Plan action items, with an emphasis on housing.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
The General Plan Annual Report is a yearly summary of development trends and progress on the implementation of General Plan action items, with an emphasis on housing. Preparation of the report is required by State law.  This Annual Report actually covers a two-year period from 2015 through 2016. Staff has presented the report to the Planning Commission.  Following the acceptance of the report by the Board of Supervisors, staff will then submit the report to the State Department of Housing and Community Development.
