Minute Order No. 16-139: Held public hearing and considered a motion to:
- Rescind the previous Board action taken on September 13, 2016 to approve the appeal and take various related actions;
- Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Errata, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan as the appropriate level of environmental review in accordance with CEQA and the CEQA Guidelines (Attachment B); and
- Deny the appeal and adopted the findings set forth in Attachment H.
Motion failed by a 2:3 vote.
