Reason for Recommended Action/Background
On January 15, 2019, the Board of Supervisors adopted written guidelines for quasi-judicial hearings.  The Board also considered a related ordinance amending the Yolo County Code to implement the guidelines and, by unanimous vote, directed staff to bring the ordinance back for adoption at the next regularly-scheduled Board meeting.  Staff recommend adoption of the ordinance included as Attachment A to complete the process of adopting the hearing guidelines for use in quasi-judicial matters.
