| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| Yolo County’s General Assistance Resolution was last updated in May of 1999 (Attachment A). Since that time, there have been several major programmatic changes to the General Assistance program driven by State and Federal regulations, which may necessitate an update to the Resolution. Staff from the Health and Human Services Agency will use this agenda item to present on key issues and updates related to the General Assistance program and Resolution, and will request direction from the Board on potential future revisions to the Resolution. Based on this feedback, a revised Resolution may be brought back to the Board at a later meeting for adoption. |
