Considered applicant's request to amend Assessment Appeal Application No. 17-87 (Appeal expires November 30, 2019) filed by Smart Growth Investors II LLC. Nick Carter, Agent, addressed the Board via teleconference. Deputy Assessor George Galang and Principal Appraiser Patty Sanchez also addressed the Board.
Motion made by Board Member Hoppin and seconded by Board Member Flory to continue applicant's request to amend Assessment Appeal Application No. 17-87 to October 23, 2019, with the understanding that a hearing will take place at that time on the valuation of the building and land; unless an extension of time is returned by the applicant prior to the October 23, 2019 hearing, then a new hearing date can be scheduled. Before a vote was taken, motion was withdrawn by Board Member Hoppin.
