The Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board met on the 25th day of August, 2021, via teleconference at 9:00 a.m. pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020), available at the following link.

9:00 A.M. CALL TO ORDER
             

Before the meeting began, Chair Scribner provided the following: We’d like to take a moment to acknowledge and recognize our long-term Appeal Board Member Alan Flory, who recently passed away. He has served on this Board since April, 2007 and in that time shared his vast expertise and knowledge in matters of assessment. He was such a valued member not only to our Board but also a devoted family man and community member. He shall be terribly missed by all those who knew him.
             
   1. Consider approval of the agenda.

The Board reserves the right to impose a reasonable limit on time afforded to any topic or to any individual speaker.

Considered Assessment Appeal Application Nos. 18-041 thru 18-043, 19-074 and 19-075 filed by Safeway, Inc. Brent Buskirk, Agent for Applicant, appeared. Agent addressed the Board explaining he would not be able to address the Board at this time as he was suddenly called away to handle other matters and asked the Board to consider his request to continue these appeals.
