The chair will call you by name or phone number when it is your turn to comment. The Commission reserves the right to impose a reasonable limit on time afforded to any topic or to any individual speaker.

- Submit written comment on any matter within the Commission’s subject matter jurisdiction, regardless of whether it is on the agenda for Commission consideration or action.
